The Re-Scheduled Finals will be at McMaster University's Sports Hall on Friday April 24/09 starting at 6PM to 10:00PM
Good Evening Finalists
The strong majority of finalists said that Friday April 24th/09 is their first choice.
Consequently, the Hamilton & District Badminton Association has booked McMaster's Sports Hall to finish most of the final matches.
For those players who have not had a chance to respond to my earlier emails - please try to be there - and let me know that you can make it. If I do not 'hear' from you very shortly, I will call you. It turns out that some of the email addresses I have send were incorrectly addressed. Consequently I want to ensure everyone is aware of this date.
I wish to thank each finalist for their understanding and co-operation in this very unique situation.
We also need to thank McMaster University for their understanding and assistance. The black-out that happened was not their fault - yet they kindly offered their facilities so we could complete our 80th celebration.

The Hamilton & District Master Badminton Championships
The Hamilton & District Badminton Association cordially invites all Master players in the Hamilton & District area to our annual local tournament running the weekend of April 25 & 26, 2009.
The invitation is for men and women in the following age categories - 35+, 40+, 50+, 60+, 70+ & 80+ Singles, Doubles & Mixed play.
This is a closed tournament for those who live in our area and/or a member of Hamilton & District Area Badminton Club/Organization
We try to make it as enjoyable as possible.
